佛山大力推动“机器换人” , 重点培育四大新兴产业

Foshan Boost the "Machine Replaces Human", and Focus on Cultivating Four  Emerging Industries

     3月14日，佛山首次将经信与科技两项工作会议合二为一，举行全市经信与科技工作会议。在新兴产业的培育方面，今年佛山将把新能源汽车、生物医药、电子信息以及数字经济作为四大重点方向。并加大招商力度，争取新引进2个以上投资超几十亿元的产业项目。

The working conferences of economic information and technology were combined into one conference in Foshsan for the first time at 14th March, 2018. In the side of cultivation of emerging industries, new energy automobile, biological medicine, electronic information and digital economy will be the four cardinal directions of Foshan's investment direction. Striving to introduce two industrial projects which investment is more than serveral billion RMB. 

　　佛山市经信局将牵头建立重点企业c联系服务制度，筹备产业发展专题座谈会，完善或出台扶持发展的政策措施。以补链、强链为目标推动全产业链发展，形成产业集群。

Foshan Economic and Information Bureau will leads to establish key enterprises contact service system, plan for the industrial development symposium,perfect or  formulate development support policy. with the aim of reinforcing chain and strong chain to promote the development of the whole industry chain and form the industrial cluster.

Foshan will speed up the application of robots and intelligent manufacturing equipments this year.

　　根据佛山市经信局、市科技局的有关工作报告，今年佛山将加快机器人和智能制造装备应用，新培育20家佛山市“中国制造2025”试点示范企业，新增应用机器人3000台左右，推动不少于150家规模以上工业企业开展“机器换人”，培育32家智能化技术改造示范企业。

According to the working report of Foshan Economic and Information Bureau and Foshan Technology Bureau, Foshan will speed up the application of robots and intelligent manufacturing equipments, cultivationg 20 pilot demontration enterprises of "Made in China 2025". And more than 3000new robots will be added. More than 150 sized enterprises will be promoted to replace the human by robots. And cultivating 32 demonstration enterprises will realize intelligent technological transformation.

　　同时，佛山要完善技术服务平台等智能制造公共服务体系，着力突破一批智能制造关键核心技术。针对培育发展新兴产业，佛山今年将力推数控机床、工业机器人、专用设备、环保设备、重要基础件等行业领域工作母机类装备制造业集聚发展，拟新引进装备制造项目80个，包括工作母机类项目15个，力争全市装备制造业增加值增长12%。

Meanwhile, Foshan will perfect the intelligent manufacturing public service system, like technology service platform, and strive to make breakthroughs in a number of key technologies of intelligent manufacturing. To foster the development of emerging industries. Foshan will push the working mother machine class equipments manufacturing to gather development in the following industrial feilds of CNC machine tools, industrial robots, special equipment, environment protection equipment, important basic components.

　　在发展“数字经济”方面，佛山今年支持南海区与阿里云共建工业云平台，推动大型骨干制造企业依托工业互联网平台开展数字化改造升级，带动500家企业“上云平台”。而针对工业企业技改三年行动计划，佛山计划把事后奖补资金纳入年度预算，扩大政策扶持范围，争取引导800家工业企业开展技术改造，保持工业技术改造投资总额的全省领先。

In the side of developing digital economic, Foshan will support Nanhai district to build the industry clould jointly with Ali Cloud, to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of large-scale backbone manufacturing enterprises on basis of industrial internet platform. To drive 500 enterprises to upper the cloud platform. For industrial enterprise technical improvement action plan for thress years, Foshan plans to put the after award capital into the annual budget to expand the scope of policy support. It will try to guide 800 industrial enterprises to carry out technical renovation and maintain the leading position in the whole province of the total investment in industrial technology transformation.
