On November 28th, 2014, the 2014 Foshan New City, Lecong College-Enterprise Supply and Demand Fair was held in WIOT Industrial Park. Around 100 enterprises and 1000 interviewees took part in the Fair, among which 35 enterprises in WIOT Industrial Park participated.

Yan Feng, President of WIOT Technology Group said that most of enterprises in WIOT faced the problem of “introducing, cultivating and retaining talents”. High frequency of talent flow and lack of managerial and technical professionals become one of the most important barriers for sustainable development of enterprises in WIOT Industrial Park. Establishing and improving talent service platform are requirements to promote comprehensive service ability of the Industrial Park. The WIOT Industrial Park has preliminarily accelerated abundant resources in talent services through strengthening cooperation with governments, colleges and universities, associations and third parties. With the establishment of the talent service platform, WIOT will solve the problems of short of high-skill and interdisciplinary talents of the enterprises in the Park, creating an attraction center of IOT high-end talents and forming talent highland of practical industrial talents. The Fair would attract high-quality talents to the Industrial Park, demonstrating the emphasis of talent cultivation and introduction of WIOT and also showing the dynamism of the Park.
