Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction: Energy saving reconstruction of water and electricity, technical reconstruction, wastewater treatment, prevention of agricultural non-point source pollution and so on. 

Preferential Policy:

Rental Subsidy

Enterprises and agencies will enjoy the rental subsidy. The rental is 40 yuan per square meter. Standards of subsidy: 100% support will be given to the enterprises and agencies according to the actual occurred rental within two years. Use changed, subleased, shared, nature changed shall not be happened during the period of rental subsidy enjoying. 

Relate to the enterprise which already received the rental subsidy from superior financial department, we will subsidize the enterprise according to the difference between the actual rent and the subsidy provided by the superior financial department. 

Supporting of Public Service Platform

Encourage the entered agency to build the public technology service platform together. Subsidize no more than 50% of the actual annual investment, and the same platform will get maximum 1 million yuan as the subsidies. One-time payment of 2 million yuan as additional subsidies will be paid to the state-level public technology service platform, like state-level IOT engineering laboratory, state-level IOT engineering R&D center; 1 million yuan as additional subsidies will be paid to the province-level public technology service platform, like province-level IOT engineering laboratory, province-level IOT engineering R&D center.

Supporting of Market Promotion

Relate to the entered enterprise undertake or host (which is approved by the government) the professional exhibitions and forum relevant to the IOT field, no more than 50% of the actual expenditures will be paid to the enterprise as the subsidies, the total payment of subsidies for each activity will not more than 1 million Yuan. For the entered agencies participant in the important exhibition of IOT field which is recorded by the government at home or abroad. The total payment of subsidies for each enterprise is no more than 200,000 Yuan within one year. 

Supporting of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The innovative startup projects in the Park that are authorized according to the Supporting Measures of South Wisdom Valley (China) for Introducing Innovation Teams and Projects will obtain disposable supporting subsidy in accordance with 50% of the startup subsidy provided by Shunde District.

Incubator Construction Support

To encourage and invest in constructing the incubator of scientific enterprises, the incubators of scientific enterprises that are authorized as the District-level incubator or above will be provided supporting subsidy equal to 100% of the total amount of the construction subsidy from governments of all levels.

Supporting of Business Development

To support the traditional industrial enterprises in Lecong Town and the organizations in the Park to jointly transform the traditional industries, the traditional industrial enterprises (the party of technology application) in the technological upgrading projects that are finished construction and pass acceptance inspection will be provided subsidy maximally equal to 25% of the total project investment. The maximum amount of the subsidy for every project is 500,000 Yuan and the total amount is no more than 10 million Yuan every year. The application conditions are:

1.The entered agencies shall finish all the registration and settled formalities in our industrial park;

2.The user of the project shall be the independent legal enterprise which registers and pay duty within Lecong town;

3.The application project shall be implemented within Lecong town;

4.The application shall be applied together by the user and the entered agency. Related evidentiary material, like contract, invoice and bank paper, shall be provided. 

5.The project, which already received the subsidy from town government, will not get the repeated subsidy. 

Supporting of Maturity Encouragement

1. The entered organizations that obtain special fund of science and technology or money award from governments at all levels will be provided supporting subsidy equal to 50% of the special fund or money award. The supporting subsidy is no more than 1 million Yuan for national fund, 500,000 Yuan for provincial fund and 300,000 Yuan for municipal (district) fund. The total amount of annual supporting subsidy is no more than 10 million Yuan.

2. The entered organizations whose annual sales revenue of the first year reaches 50 million Yuan and rate payment is over 500,000 Yuan will be awarded 300,000 Yuan; whose annual sales revenue reaches 30 million Yuan and rate payment is over 300,000 Yuan will be awarded 200,000 Yuan.

3. The entered organizations that are the major units responsible for national sci-tech support plan, 973, 863 or other national plans and projects and implement the projects in the Base will be provided 1 million Yuan subsidy for every project.

4. The entered organizations whose projects implemented in the Base obtain national gold award of patents or excellence award of patents will be awarded 500,000 Yuan or 300,000 Yuan; those obtain Guangdong gold award of patents or excellent award of patents will be awarded 300,000 Yuan or 200,000 Yuan.
